Accessibility
A website everyone can use
Technology support should not exclude anyone. We aim for this site to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA, and we test for it rather than assuming it.
How we test
- Automated checks on the home page, a service page and the pricing page (Lighthouse: accessibility 100).
- Keyboard-only pass over the main journeys — skip link, header navigation and its services menu, the pricing flow, and the chat assistant.
- Contrast checked against WCAG 2.2 AA ratios for every text/background pair the design uses.
- The chat assistant is a labelled modal dialog: focus moves into it, is trapped inside it, and returns to its button when it closes.
What we know is not perfect yet
Being honest about the gaps is part of the standard:
- Estimates and proposals are delivered as Word/PDF files generated by our sales system; those documents are not produced from an accessible template yet.
- Scheduling runs on Calendly, a third-party service we do not control; its own accessibility is outside our reach.
- Video or audio content is not published yet — if that changes, captions and transcripts come with it.
